We looked into this and couldn't find any customer or support record matching the email on this review, in either our billing system or our support chat history — so we have no record of ever being contacted about this issue, let alone told 'the signaler is giving the wrong entry.' On execution speed: our testing and logs consistently show trades executing within 15 milliseconds of a signal being sent, not 30+ minutes.
