Garbage software written in the early 2000's, an interface that is hard to navigate, an outdated and complicated user guide, a "trading room" that is like a TEMU-like discord run by a condescending, day trader named Barry that disappears when you ask questions and constantly forgets to take himself off mute. It's been so bad, I paid for a year up front, used it for a week, and never touched it again. It's antiquated software for day-trading, penny chasers. Avoid it at all costs!

The only people I know using this daily are those who get it for free from their broker. I mean how desperate a company has to be for new customers if they add useless "AI" features? I tested this for some time and didn't find much benefits. It's nice that you can get alerts for your scanners so you don't have to manually refresh your scanner lists in other software. What I hoped was to backtest some of my strategies but you only have 63 days of backtesting available. That's not enough for anything really. For a good backtest you need at least 5 years of data. Not the best 199 USD I've spent...

Whilst their software is a bit oldschool, it works amazing for what it is designed. Furthermore the support in the Trading Room from people with vast experience as well via mail is really really good. I can ask them anything and they always get back to me. They even make videos specifically for the user to help you out* Going forward, I will not be trading anymore without TradeIdeas. Support 5/5 Price 5/5 (for what you are getting!!) Very overpriced trading software that provides no value that you can’t get from your brokerage software for free. Poor charting, difficult to use and crashes a lot. I regret subscribing. It is a complete rip off. Their advertising claims are lies and vastly inflated. Stay away!

I've had a challenging experience dealing with this company, particularly with its support team. First, the lack of support for Mac users is a considerable drawback. Second, the company does not assist in accessing the Windows platform through AWS or Office 365, no video tutorial basically they don't care. Furthermore, they charged $12 for a trial period, while most other companies offer this service for free. As a Mac user, I wasn't even able to use it, as no assistance was offered to access the Windows platform, they email me "talk to MS or AWS ppl". This implies that besides the platform fees, Mac users might have to pay an additional $30-$50 monthly for the Windows platform via AWS or Microsoft. The platform's complexity adds to the challenge, and there's a notable absence of comprehensive step-by-step tutorials to help users navigate it. Random videos made by users from Canada or India do not address this issue, as it isn't done by the company itself. The recap is this platform is not suitable for Mac users, and even for PC users, the high monthly charge of $300 coupled with unsatisfactory support makes it a less appealing choice it even usable. The support team seemed unhelpful and indifferent. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service.

I don't know if I could trust a company whose CEO is so dumb that he thinks an airplane at 33,000' has to fly four times farther than a plane at 5,000'. That would make the world less than 14 miles around. (Per his twitter post)

I was a beginner trader and didn't know where to turn. I stumbled upon Trade Ideas from several review sites so I thought I'd give it a shot. I tried their Test Drive which gave me 2 week access for only $10 and became quite intrigued, so I committed to a subscription. I haven't regretted it since. It's helped me narrow out so many opportunities that I would have otherwise missed AND I've become a better trader with it. They have so much to offer traders. I love their Channel Bar which makes it easy for me to switch around to different trading styles. Not to mention you can customize just about everything in their platform. Plus, their customer support is always there to answer my questions. They are seriously the leaders in this industry. Thank you Trade Ideas!
