Chat was a disaster. Condescending "tech-bro". Just tried to find out how to trade a Holly stock pick. Round and around and finally the answer was the AI picks are in a window separate from the window of positions connected to your broker. We spent half an hour for him to explain that TI paper trading is Holly's trading not the customer's paper trading as when you're practicing IB'TWS before you go live. ThecTI guys know their lingo but can't explain it. As to performance, the AI has made a couple of incredible picks in my three days of learning TI ( no funded brokerage account yet). It really does look encouraging for helping me to spot opportunities. Just don't ask questions. Try Google AI for answers on using TI -- worked for me. After reading some older reviews here, looks like performance is smoother on the AI side, but won't know how it functions with a connection to my broker IB.
