Logged in to make sure I wasn't charged for renewal and was renewed for $2K and the credit card dispute reversed, still charged for $2K something I don't need or use.

This is my day 1 review. I was very interested in the Holly AI Strategy Trades. These alerts are to make it easy for Day Traders to enter Short Trades or Long Trades. For Short Trades the key assumption is that the stocks chosen by Holly are not hard to borrow. Naturally these hard to borrow stocks are not available on Tasty Trade or IG my broker platform and so these suggestions may as well not have been made. For the Profitable long trade the profit was $19 so not worth talking about. The other long trade made a loss of $124, so not encouraging. There is no Holly AI alert for indexes. On a day full of activity you would expect more than 2 long stock trades and 2 short stock trades. Further you would expect multiple trade alerts for indexes ! The volume of trade suggestions from Holly AI (4 ideas) relating to 21 April (today) is very disappointing. Below is more detail on the Trades suggested by Holly AI: Monday 21 April 2025 These Short Trade stock ideas for UPXI and AUUD are Hard To Borrow stocks - not tradeable with my brokers : Tasty Trade and IG I could not benefit from these short trade ideas, and so could not have gained $1013 on these short trades. The Long Trade on KOD hardly moved $19. Not available on Tastytrade. IG Spreadbet allowed this trade. The other long trade recommended Dogwood Therapeutics was a loss maker of $124. After the buy signal the stock rose slightly before falling sharply. Conclusion 21 April 2025 There were no viable short trades that I could execute as the platforms did not allow trades in hard to borrow stocks. The Long trade idea would not have yielded much of a return. Not a viable trading day. The NASDAQ100 Index is not available on the TradeIdeas Platform, only the NASDAQ composite. The DJIA is available. Holly AI does not appear to provide trade ideas for indexes. I am still open minded and hope that my experience improves in the coming days. I have gone through most of the education material. The issue is that the platform ought to have generated a lot more trade ideas that are actionable (not hard to borrow stocks) The Tradewave Chart is very helpful, but accessing meaningful Tradewave reports is lacking - for example a trader is interested in knowing new buy or Sell signals - based on Tradewave analytics, but this is not available. Further a trader is interested in Indexes and Big Name stocks and Tradewave is signalling, this is not available. Instead you have to select New Chart Window and manually add the symbol each time. There ought to be a separate Tradewave left panel on the platform, then sub directories for Indexes, Top Stocks, and an individual stock search, the Tradewave indicator should be automatically added to the chart so that the user is not burdened with having to do this addition to get the trade idea hopefully these recommendations will be addressed. Users who are not comfortable with IT will struggle initially Day 2 Tuesday 22 April 2025 There was 1 short trade on Agen, 100 shares generated a $13.40 PROFIT. There was 1 Long trade that yielded $80 profit Conclusion 22 April 2025 There were 2 trades suggested by Holly AI. Both were profitable. Total profit was $93.90 Holly AI was only able to generate 2 trades today. This is wholly inadequate.

I was going to purchase their service. So I wrote trade ideas an email, but they could not and did not really answer my questions. And then he gave me a 15% discount, which seemed weird to me if this was a good service. Then a few days later i went back to their web site and saw they were offering 25% discount! which really alarmed me. Why are these people so Desperate? If this is a good service then why are they trying so hard to get customers? If it worked well they would not need to be offering such large discounts trying to lure me in. So it was big red flag. I would definitely avoid this business.

There is a lot to unpack in this software. My problem is not a weak platform but rather not enough knowledge to use the platform to it's full potential. It requires one to go through how to videos and then trial and error in their paper trading. You may be able to get some, NOT ALL, of this stuff from your broker as I have read in other reviews but these guys make it simpler and you get more. As far as poor customer service reviews that I've seen pfff. I've been using TI for a year now and their customer service is second to none. I have ALWAYS received instant help and I mean right now!!! Not 1 hour from now not tomorrow right now!!!

I went to their site to sign up. Noticed a skiier with a MAGA helmet and thought they got hacked. Sent a message to their support and boy oh boy did I get some serious attitude. (Comments like: I got triggered, enjoy your misery and what a pity you are - just some of the comments made by one of their employees) Regardless of your political persuasion being a jerk is not necessary.

I absolutely love Trade Ideas. Loads of filters and alerts to choose from. Excellent customer service via chat. Highly recommend when looking for a trading scanner.

First few minutes where a bit tough to get the hang of. Once I followed the help links I was given, especially the getting started videos and started attending the live help in the traders room and YouTube Q&A's things fell right into place.

It was malfunctioning from the start. I tried three different credit cards, each time encountering a different error, and I ended up giving the card information through a chatbot to make it work. Once you have access, it is extremely hard to use or to save chart designs or any changes. As for Holy AI, the same issues persist. You can't see what it is trading. When you email them, they send you to their YouTube channel. When you call, they never answer their phone. It's a hit-and-miss way to do business. They should care about new customers and at least offer a 30-minute walkthrough. Instead, they again email you a link to YouTube. Their YouTube tutorials are said to be by an AI, and it's not easy to listen to—machine vs. man. Overall, they charge you $250 per month for hard-to-use software and do not provide a proper user manual.
