I’ve been working with TQL for five years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a broker who lies about appointments, refuses to pay detention, and completely ignores all communication with carrier.Perhaps I was just lucky in the past, but working with Garrett O'Shea's team has been a very disappointing experience.

Over charges and invalid charges. Shipped a 8ft skid (97") long, they quoted it at a price, shipped it, and then tried adding a $350.00 Extreme Length charge after it was delivered. Another time, said they delivered inside, customer confirmed they offloaded by hand, and are still after us for the $60.00 fee. Tailgate charges (minimally $300 per shipment) were always added, even when customers offloaded by hand. How they can charge $300 for tailgate and only $60 to bring the product inside a home or business is just absurd. We have stopping using them as their just not a good carrier to work with for LTL shipments.

SO annoying. For years I have been getting calls from TQL representatives. They keep phoning and despite me telling them not to call me, that they are wasting their time AND MINE, the calls keep coming.

They are refusing to pay a fair rate on detention and layover. After we talked to several other brokers they all said our rate was fair and the insulting $300 they offered was a joke.

Is it just me or am I not understanding why do tql feel they need a copy of my phone bill an order to haul for them what has changed within the last year Got a email about it back in February didn't pay much attention to it just told them they wasn't getting my phone bill tried to book a load an that was brought up again so there is carriers that sent tql their phone bill

If there’s 0 stars option that would be it for these thieves if you can avoid doing business with these thieves donit because they’ll stiff you and won’t pay you

Working with TQL was probably the worst experience i have had with a broker. They constantly made promises they broke, charged us for shipments they were not able to do, and were unresponsive when trying to get things resolved. Their constant turn over of employees makes it so no one takes responsibility.
