This review is for the service dept at the dealership. John was my service specialist and was fantastic. He took the time to listen to what issues I was having with my car and didn't try to stack up services on top of what was needed (something I hate that most mechanics do). I took off one star as there was a long wait (the next day) to look at my car but in fairness, I didn't have an appt. I will use them again for maintenance on my Toyota. Thanks John!

Going to this dealership is the worst experience of my life. If i had the option, i would give them negative stars. All they do is lie to their customers and behave rudely. They wasted my 3 days , the manager was so rude and sarcastic and now they don’t want to give my money back. I put $800 on a car and realized that they charged us way more than other dealerships. I hadn’t taken the car home yet nor, finalized the process. The next day, i called and said i want to back out and even went to the dealership. They kept changing the deal and tried to charge me more money. When I asked for my refund, they said I won’t get any refund. They spoke so rudely and slammed the door in front of us and even threated us. I have never met such rude, lying crooked people in my life. I am never going to this dealership again and I want my money back! I will take actions against them and file a complaint with Texas Attorney General over false sales practices violating customer protection laws.

Salesman was trying to overcharge me in fee's, very disturbing, i dont know that installed options on the used car can be charged when buying used..... unbelievable

Bought a 2013 camry from Toyota of Dallas. They went above and beyond what any other dealership was willing to do...I wouldnt waste my time or don't recommend anybody wasting there time by going to any other dealership, thanls toyota pf dallas. And please keep it up.
