Agreed price changed by nearly $10,000.
We initially agreed on a price of $48,000 for a specific color/trim, after they agreed to remove a ridiculous $1,600 shipping fee since I was picking the car up myself. I gave them my information for a financing application on the strict condition that they would not run my credit until they confirmed they had the exact car in the right color at our agreed price. Instead, they went behind my back and immediately ran my credit, triggering alerts from all three credit bureaus. When the salesperson came back, they tried to bait-and-switch me with a different car and a price sheet showing $57,000—almost $10,000 more than we agreed on! When I confronted them about running my credit, they lied straight to my face and said they hadn't done it yet. To make matters worse, the manager came over and was incredibly rude and arrogant, acting like customers don't understand how buying a car works. Do not trust these people. They will lie to you, At the end of the day, you are the one making the payments, so make your decision wisely.
