Interior feels basic
Mechanically excellent, though cabin materials lag behind rivals in this price range.

I’m officially having buyer’s remorse about my 2025 RAV4. I drove it off the lot with only 25 miles on it, and by the time I reached 3,000 miles I was experiencing the worst hip pain and sciatic pain I’ve ever had. It got so bad I had to start physical therapy just to cope with the discomfort caused by driving my own car. Now at 9,549 miles, I dread getting into it. The pain is instant — every single time. A car shouldn’t physically disable you. I took it in today hoping for help or at least some kind of solution. Instead, I was told my “options” were either: Buy a 4Runner for $21,000 more, With no down payment, A higher APR, And a monthly payment increase of $400, …or buy a seat cushion. That was their answer. A $400-a-month upsell or a pillow. For a vehicle that is causing chronic pain and forcing me into physical therapy, this response was not just disappointing — it was dismissive. I expected support, not a sales pitch. Not to mention it was a use car with 12300 miles on it, and tried to push me into a lease , not happening.

This company does not care about helping you if your vehicle is 2800 miles outside of the basic warranty. They tell you it is your problem and must bear the financial burden of their garbage vehicles once they are outside of warranty. I will be filing a complaint against them with my state consumer protection office. They only care about how much money can be made.

I just bought a 2026 rav4 plug-in. I have owned five other toyotas. The car, so far, has worked great. However, if I had known they required subscriptions for most software such as GPS and current vehicle status in app. I would never have purchased this vehicle. What a sham, the dealer demo was loaded and no warning given to me that it would cost an additional $25 or more per month to have those "upgrades". Shame on you TOYOTA!!

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra Limited and have experienced problems with the vehicle since day one. At the time of purchase, the dealer assured me that the engine recall only affected 2022 and 2023 models, not the 2024 model I was buying. Since taking ownership, the truck has exhibited hesitation during acceleration and erratic braking behavior. I brought the vehicle to the dealership multiple times, but each time I was told they could not duplicate the issue or find any diagnostic codes. I provided photos showing my dashboard illuminated with multiple warning lights and videos of my sunroof leaking, yet the dealership continued to claim they could not reproduce the problems. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I opened a case with Toyota Corporate. In January 2026, my request for assistance was denied. My truck has now been in the service department since May 2, 2026. For nearly two months, Toyota has delayed approving either the necessary repairs or a replacement engine after metal was discovered in the engine oil. The dealership has also informed me that the right front brake rotor and brake components require replacement due to excessive noise and wear. While checking on my vehicle, I observed a 2025 Toyota Tundra undergoing an engine replacement. I was informed that the engine failed at only 2,500 miles, and even the replacement engine subsequently failed. Toyota built its reputation on quality, reliability, and customer confidence. Unfortunately, my experience with this vehicle has been the complete opposite. Between the ongoing mechanical defects, the prolonged repair delays, and the lack of meaningful support from both the dealership and Toyota Corporate, I have lost confidence in this truck and the Toyota brand. At this point, I believe Toyota should repurchase or replace this vehicle. I simply want a reliable vehicle, and this truck has failed to meet reasonable expectations for safety, quality, and dependability. Toyota has failed its consumers with this vehicle, and after this experience, I would not purchase another Toyota.

My 2026 Toyota tundra had less than 3000 miles on it in the driver's side felt wheel well collapsed. They would not cover it under warranty because they said of oversized tires. When I told them that the tires came with the truck they changed it to outside forces. The wheel well liner is a $200 part and they will not cover it under the warranty. I've talked to a couple of supervisors and a lady from the executive office and she said it's up to the shareholders in my opinion I will never buy another Toyota

I feel like a sucker. I bought a new 2026 Corolla because of the warranty.. its nothing but a fake sense of assurance.. 6 months in and the battery fails and they refuse to cover it under warranty. They said they have a machine that instantly tells if the battery is bad.. but still charged me $125 labor to diagnose and $75 to install the battery.. two nuts for $75? Autozone has a better battery warranty than a new Corolla. Autozone honors their 2yr 100% money back warranty.. no questions asked.. I've experienced this. Save yourself $5-7k and buy 3-4 yrs old with 20k-30k miles...not new from a dealer because they will find any excuse and blame you, so they won't honor their warranty. Wasted money. Life's lessons. Never again. Signed - sucker owner of a new Corolla
