Service-so so, actual ride is fine.
Specifically asked the receptionist to have the driver help with luggage-going up to the door and helping my mother with two pieces. Absolutely ignored although was promised that this would be done. I later emailed the company in regards to this and didnt even get a response. I dont think I should have been charged 20% tip (i think its 20%) for having my mother drag her luggage. Would not reccomend
