Tower Moving Systems was used to hire a mover which was to move my mother-in-law and family. A mover shows up at 11pm, four hours late. The mover tried to scam them out of am extra $600 to move on the basis that the queen bed he was to move did not include box springs, and the mover was verbally combative, talking down to them and made threats. Tower MS denied the ability to de-conflict the situation, nor could they provide a mover in a timely manner, all the while holding a $600 deposit which its disposition is questionable. Folks, please get the name of the mover being provided and check its references and look for ratings on their performance. No one needs the grief and extra cost that is incurred.

I just want to thank Everyone at Tower Moving Systems for making such a stressful move as stress-free as possible! My personal moving assistant" Eric C was just Great! He was very knowledgeable, straight up with me, and even did a Virtual walkthrough with me to make sure i had a biding rate not just an "Estimate" The movers were Great, professional, and worked very hard. I just got my delivery and everything was perfect except a little chip on a corner of a end table (after my lst move this was a blessing) Thank you again you guy's are Great ......John

What a SCAM this company is!! Do NOT use unless you want to spend double the amount you were initially quoted. Please read the attached photo of my husband’s review and then Tower’s response. They take absolute no accountability for their actions whatsoever. I was told from day 1 that Eric would be by my side from start to finish. What a lie that was! Eric was incredibly hard to get a hold of! Not only that, but Eric quoted me over the phone for $13K. We went through every room to include the garage and shed. I told him about every single piece of furniture we owned. He said if you don’t know what it is called I will because I use to work in a furniture store. So tell me why when the movers FINALLY got to our house they came ill prepared and a day late without notice. I am the one who had to call and figure out where they were. Also, I should mention Eric assured me the movers had background checks and we upstanding people. Tell me why they opened my husband’s promotion bottle of beer from when he promoted to Technical Sergeant (E-6) years ago and the tried to hide it under the bathroom sink. That bottle had made its way through MANY of military moves and was never touched until now. Oh let me also talk about the amount of scratches and holes that were made and the amount trash that was left behind, rugs, and a vase. This was done out of pure laziness and lack of detail. We were told several times that we would be reimbursed and then to be told that it would not happen. What a TRASH company this is. Also, it got so bad that I was screamed at by family moving vans (the company tower hired to move of belongings) and our furniture held for ransom.

DO NOT USE!!! Eric C. Performed our estimate and quoted us at roughly $13K. Josh W. Performed another estimate and quoted us at roughly $15K. Andre and the moving crew arrived a day late and were extremely unprepared. After Andre and his crew loaded our goods, they wrote us a bill for $26K!!! Eric C. promised us a reimbursement for over 3 months and never followed through. He and his team provided a horrible estimate and lied to us throughout the process. If you plan on using this company, have your legal team ready for action.

Their storage facility was immaculate, and the movers were professionals. In my view, Tower Moving Systems is the best moving and storage company out there.

Among all the moves I've done, this was the best. The gentlemen simplified and aided the process.

Tower Moving systems subcontracted our job to a mover with no DOT license # who extorted us for our belongings.

Tower Moving Systems assembled and lead an amazing team of people. It’s obvious these local folks care about their community, quality and taking care of others! My move consisted of a 5 person team and 2 trucks. They arrived on time after calling to tell me what time they would be there. We did a pre and post move out the walkthrough. The team took a short lunch and hustled back on the new location. Every single piece of furniture and or box was handled with such care. They were all amazing and I’d trust them with my move any time. After the move was complete we did another walk through and the job was done.
