Changed location so that negative google reviews stay hidden.... This is my review from 4 yrs ago. This is a bait and switch broker with fake reviews. They spend money for people to create fake accounts and leave positive reviews. Once they have the deposit and they send another truck you will find out the truth about the company. They will tell you everything and anything just to get a signed contract with you. I strongly recommend that you visit the fca and find out the truth. They quoted me 5600 and I spent a total of 12k to get my stuff. Edit: You are claiming that my bill was only 7k but please add in all the deposits that you took and the fact that it is illegal to charge more than 10% over quote. Move pro is not a rated company and you stated on the voice mail that you are not a broker. I know how to calculate cf. The box on the truck was 23' x 7.5 x7.5. The overcharge was not justified and when I called your office I never received any call back to correct the issues. Feel free to send back the difference.

Good Outcome, Small Frictions
I shipped a car and a truck at the same time through Tower Moving Systems.
Pros: Josh was always responsive, including accommodating changing the pickup window about a month ahead of time. Both vehicles were shipped (via M Transportation Inc) when I needed them sent and arrived without incident.
Negatives: My full-size truck has a ladder rack on it. The initial driver that reached out to me, after contact by Josh, said he had not been informed of that, and it was important because it changes the profile of the vehicle and it cannot go in every slot on his trailer. (I was careful my paperwork with Josh/Tower Moving did reflect the ladder.) The driver’s other vehicles at the time were also big, so he didn’t have a spot for me after all. We saved a big wasted errand (auto carriers are not maneuverable so I had to meet him at the highway with two cars and only me to drive them, meaning back-and-forth Ubers) by figuring this out ahead of time, but my point is it was the driver that did the due diligence and spotted the problem ahead of time.
When I told Josh the driver had declined to pick up, his first reaction was to try to schedule a different truck with the same company, even giving some soft pressure after I said the next truck’s date was after my lease was up and my plane out (“Friends can help?”). To his credit, he didn’t pressure much once he understood my schedule constraints better.
I give 4/5 stars because both vehicles did ship on time and arrived undamaged, and I think Tower Moving/Josh did give a good price, and Josh was pleasant enough to work with, the experience just had the potential to go wrong over my ladder rack.

A hard move, done well.
The 3 workers handled my things—-including my piano—carefully. I broke my arm just before my moving day, so I couldn’t get things quite as ready-to-go as I wanted. But they worked well together, and took obstacles like a small freight elevator and some stairs in stride. They were really a pleasure to be around. My only suggestion would be that they could have been more alert to the passage of time—it took 2 extra hours to leave the first building, which messed with the time allotted for the destination. But it all worked out, in part because they kept their tempers when they ran into tension with construction workers who needed the first elevator freed up. I will definitely call them if—god forbid—I ever have to move again.

Run Away. Find Another Company…
We have had nothing but problems with Tower Moving Systems. We contracted with them for a semi truck for a move from Ca to ID. We paid premium rates for such a large truck but we knew it was a lot of stuff to move and we knew that would be more than enough room. We also did not want some of our stuff in one truck, the rest in another truck, and/or our belongings mixed up with those of another client.
So here comes 830 am moving day and a small truck shows up. We called Tower about this then got into a 45 minute discussion with the owner Alex who argued that he was in charge and he was making the decision about the truck, that it was all going to fit, that he "could pull those guys off the job at any minute." After lots of back and forth he conceded and arranged for another truck to supplement the first one. So the first group started moving our items out into the driveway and piled them there. At some point everything stopped. Half our house was piled in the driveway with some things packed on the truck (note: every single thing was packed into moving boxes to ensure maximum efficiency of the space). Then I saw the movers laying cardboard on the sidewalk, receiving Door Dash meals, and eating and taking naps on the sidewalk and lawn in front of our house. At about 4 pm another small truck shows up- more calls to Alex who raged at us and threatened to just leave everything there (again) and it was finally negotiated that the movers would be able to get everything on the two trucks. We did not know at the time that we were piggybacking in the truck with another customer's belongings. So at around 8 pm they start moving things again (nice long break from 10 am to 830 pm). They finished at 11pm and the movers demanded we pay them directly (our contract said we should pay Tower Moving) and they all threatened to unload everything al leave. With extra assurances from the movers (all pretty nice guys) we paid up and they signed off. Brilliant. It's now midnight. As they're leaving they say ok see you up in Idaho at the house on Sunday morning. We said no, we contracted for a three day window and we'd see them Monday morning. They said nope. We're going to deliver Sunday morning. So we say whatever let's just do this and get it over with.
So we sleep for four hours, get up at 430 am, pack up dog, two cats, a trailer with a boat, two vehicles, and at 830 am hit the road. Somewhere in Oregon we passed the movers and kept driving. 430 am we arrived at the new house- 630 they arrive and start unloading. No complaints there- everyone was very helpful and hard working.we discovered then that our Ca king mattress and box springs had been strapped to the truck. On the outside. Driving through three states in November. Completely ruined them.
Ok so truck leaves and we begin the unpacking process. A few things broken but we anticipated that- not a big deal.
So now it's July and everything is unpacked and inventoried. Lots of items missing including a bin of power tools, an expensive drone with extra controllers, HD cameras, various accessories etc, some furniture, a box of books. Not sure if these items got mixed up with the belongings of the other customer but someone scored. And that's why we contracted for ONE SEMI TRUCK ALEX!! So now we need to make a claim and no one answers at any of the Tower numbers or email addresses including customer service and their manager, who I will refrain from naming at this point. No one. I have left over twenty VM messages and there has been zero contact on their part. Now we are going to have to hire an attorney to forward our claim because according to our contract we have 9 months from move in date to file a claim. This company is terrible. If you want to risk your belongings, get cheated, and get treated like S++t go ahead and hire them. If I had known (yes, we did our research and read hundreds of reviews from a dozen or so companies) I would have never contracted with them. Totally corrupt as evidenced by their lack of professionalism and customer service.
Run away. You have been warned.

Very good 💯
It was an entirely pleasant experience. The movers were punctual and went above and beyond to ensure my move succeeded. I could't be happier with their service.

DO NOT USE TOWER MOVING SYSTEMS
DO NOT USE TOWER MOVING SYSTEMS! They are NOT A MOVING COMPANY! They are brokers that lease out moving jobs. Prior to our moving date, Joshua Wiley gave an estimate based on the items and amount of boxes my husband told him we were moving. He retained a $750 deposit.
On our moving day, we were given a time between 7:30 am and 9:00 am to expect the movers. They DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 6:10 PM!! We had to call the driver to find out where he was and we were given a bunch of excuses. We were then told he was only a few hours away. Meanwhile, the movers arrived 10 hours late with barely an apology. We were told that there would be 3 movers, but only 2 movers came and one of the guys had never done a move before. Upon arrival, the lead guy Adam entered our home and said that we needed to go over the estimate because it wasn’t accurate. Our contract said that our move should cost $2915, instead we were being told it was going to be double that amount. When asking questions the mover threatened to leave and was raising his voice. We asked him to start the move as our hands were tied. We needed the house cleared out by the following day and it was already so late in the night to keep the conversation going. We needed the move to begin. Adam and his helper talked the entire time and were in no hurry to get the move done. A job that would have taken 3 real movers at most three hours took more than six hours. At MIDNIGHT, they still had to pack a few boxes in our garage, but at that point Adam wanted us to sign the new contract, with the new amount due of $6,800 or he’d put all of our stuff in the street. An added cost of $1800 in bubble wrap was also added. He took $800 off for the wrap when we were expressing how insane that was since most things were already packed by us. My husband was yelled at several times and threatened by Adam on several occasions during the move. We had to ask the helper to leave our home as having two guys making threats was out of control.
After the move, when we tried calling to complain we got NO CALLS BACK FROM JOSHUA. We called customer service and the man we spoke to was equally as awful as Adam and Joshua.
Hire a REAL moving company-not Tower Moving Systems, especially if you expect quality work and customer service.

Will damage your properties
They showed up very late which could be understandable. Not considerate though, as the elevator was held for them.
They instantly began talking about the budgeted time not being enough and that I would have to pay $1500 extra. This is before even starting. Asked that I paid half ($750) right away. I was frustrated but desperate so did so.
We got to the destination on time but they literatlly sat in the truck for 1 hour after taking a food break. When I asked if we can continue, they did so half heartedly.
The final straws - They damaged the door frame carrying a dresser and forgot to place my bed on the rug as it was. They refused to correct it due to the beds weight...
They still have not gotten back to me about the damaged door and its been over 8 weeks!
