Savee was super helpful. I had a complicated question and they went above and beyond to get me the answer. I am grateful and impressed with the customer service. Customer service has been such a let down in other places lately and this was so refreshing!

While it took a bit to get our order, Stephanie with customer services made us feel comfortable with waiting, she updated us every step of the way. Now the product, we ordered Liliana Mauve Performance Velvet Counter Stools, I knew that I would like them but didn’t know I would LOVE them, we went ahead and ordered two more straight away. The quality, the color, the feel of them is just perfect!

Great help, super quick

I’ve had a great experience with TOV, largely thanks to their customer service—specifically Miko. I previously ordered a dresser from TOV that I absolutely love and found to be great quality, which is what led me to order a couch as well. I initially purchased the couch with white glove delivery, but later decided to order an additional piece to attach to it. Since it was a separate order, it wasn’t automatically eligible for white glove delivery. I reached out to customer service and was lucky enough to get Miko, who walked me through the entire process and was able to consolidate the orders and override the system. I’m big on customer service, and Miko truly went above and beyond to make things seamless and stress-free. Because of that experience—and the quality of the furniture—I’d definitely recommend TOV.
