We purchased a coffee table, dining table, and stands from TOV last year. The coffee table arrived very damaged which TOV resolved with us immediately. However, the dining table was assembled by the delivery company and seemed great at the time. However, recently when we merely tried to move the 72" Arianna dining table a little, we heard a crack and the pedestal has been wobbling since. At closer inspection, the pedestal was cracked all around. We believe it was delivered this way and not disclosed by the delivery people. The pedestal must have also been damaged in transit or during assembly because there is no reason it should have cracked like that upon trying to move it. When we contacted TOV about this, they denied any remediation since our 1 year warranty ended 2 months ago. They also do not have any replacement pedestals so now we have a $1400 cracked and wobbly dining table.

Horrible company with cheap furniture. They sent me a couch with a leg that was too big so the couch started sagging. Then they sent someone to repair the couch and cut the leg which is was denied. Instead the repairman put a hole in the couch, put a random leg and the problem insisted even with all that. Then they sent me the wrong couch and leg again. Avoid this company at all cost, horrible quality from china. Looks cheap, feels cheap and poorly made. Update: Your response is riddled with inaccuracies and attempts to deflect responsibility. The manufacturing defect was evident from the beginning, and your so-called "solutions" were nothing but inadequate stopgaps. Sending someone to "cut" the leg is a laughable attempt at a fix, not a professional solution. After waiting three months for a proper resolution, I had no choice but to make do with a botched repair because I have a business to run, unlike TOV, which seems to specialize in running things poorly. Your claim of the couch being used commercially is a desperate excuse to cover your tracks. The fact remains: you sold a defective product and did everything in your power to avoid taking responsibility. Your customer service is as flawed as your furniture. When it was delivered, in the photos provided you can see the leg was longer than the one “cut” by your idiotic repairman. You’ve provided a flawed product along with flawed service. Cheap ass furniture and it shows.

I bought a couch for over $2000. And it has been the WORST purchase. Feathers are EVERYWHERE, the pillows lose feathers like crazy and have significantly flattened down. I attempted to leave a honest review on the company site and it is blocked every time. Please do not trust these reviews.

First of all the bring my sofa with a stain I have to return it same day they kept it as store credit so I used it to buy a love seat and a coffee table which for sure they want a lot of money . I was having trouble to use the payment option since it was a credit store. Now after 3 weeks they didn’t deliver it yet they told me it may come in three more weeks which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I was better buying from amazon.

The worst quality and customer service I have experienced.

TOV admitted to having inventory issues which meant instead of a full unit, I ended up with two ottomans for $509 each. Customer service said they would “fight for me and try to figure something out” they fought so hard I guess they forgot to call me back. These are super cheap. The fabric feels like it won’t last a year. Crap furniture made in China, not “ handcrafted by fine furniture makers”. Run from this brand and let them run themselves into the ground. Crapola UPDATE - Your response is useless. What about the fact because of your inventory issues and the several orders I placed that were cancelled, I now have two ottomans. WTH am I going to do with two ottomans for $1,000?!. You’re also avoiding the quality issues. Close up shop and save people these ridiculous outcomes. UPDATE 2: They are fighting to have this review taken down, saying I didn’t place an order with them even though I submitted the correct doc. Hilarious.

The table arrived and was very high quality. However, the wood did not look like the website photos, it was very pink tinted. I also posted a review on their website sharing that the table color was pink-tinted. They deleted it. Do not trust the reviews on their website! I requested to return the table immediately upon delivery and 2 months later, I am still waiting for my refund. The company has horrible communication and does not reply to emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. UPDATE to counter the review response: you did not reply to my emails and provide a refund until after I posted this negative review and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I followed your return policy to a tee, yet you did not honor it until I took these extreme measures. To make matters worse, you still charged me exorbitant return shipping costs and deducted it from my refund. Avoid doing business with TOV Furniture at all costs!

So disappointed with Tov , they refuse to return sofa cuz I didn’t have the packaging that their carrier took it upon delivery, have 2 other order to be delivered will be canceling, they asked to resell the sofa to get my money back unprofessional!!!
