TOV FurnitureReviews of tovfurniture.com

TOV is not only an amazing online furniture store with fab products with great price points, it also has THE BEST staff. They go out of their way to make things right and ensure the customer is happy - even reaching out directly with updates and follow ups. Very professional, genuine, caring and kind - especially Stephanie!

As a decorator I’m always looking for new resources. Found this cute side table on Amazon. It came very well packaged. It was heavy, which was one of my needs. Table was in perfect condition. I want to thank Mark from customer service for so helpfully answering my questions. I Will look at the TOV product line for future needs.

I ordered a coffee table that was currently backordered. Since then, the product has gone on sale, and I wanted to know if the price could be adjusted. Fortunately, it was! The representative I spoke with, Niko, was incredibly helpful and made the process a pleasure. I eagerly await the shipment of my item.

I had a great experience with TOV Furniture’s customer service, thanks to Mark. After purchasing a dining stool, I noticed it went on sale shortly after and reached out to see if a price adjustment was possible. Mark responded quickly, followed up within 24 hours, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional, responsive, and truly committed to resolving my issue and he did so in a timely and seamless manner. I really appreciate the support and the care he showed throughout the process. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you again, Mark!

The service at TOV is excellent and the items are beautiful. Customer Service was kind, efficient and made it easy to coordinate. Highly recommend!

Miko was awesome via chat! So quick and helpful! Also - the furniture is amazing. Quality is next level good.

Chloe was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to stay closely involved with our order and made sure everything moved quickly so it could arrive in time for a tight deadline. Her communication was clear, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process, which made coordinating everything so much easier on our end. We truly appreciate the extra care and attention she put into making sure our order arrived on time. Looking forward to working together again and ordering more pieces from TOV in the future!

I recently purchased the Briella Queen Bed from TOV Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The bed itself is absolutely stunning. The design is unique, striking, and beautifully crafted. The velvet upholstery looks incredibly luxurious and the overall style instantly elevated the entire room. TOV’s pieces really stand out; they feel thoughtfully designed and far more distinctive than the typical furniture you see everywhere else. What impressed me just as much as the design was the customer care (special shout out to Ashley!) She was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely happy with my purchase. It’s clear that TOV Furniture truly stands behind their products and values their customers. In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, their level of professionalism and care really stood out. It made the whole experience feel smooth, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable. Beautiful furniture paired with excellent service is a rare combination, but TOV Furniture delivers both. If you’re considering buying from them, don’t hesitate! If you’re considering buying from them, don’t hesitate.
