Really disappointing experience. The lamp I received looked noticeably different from the product shown in the listing video. Different proportions, different-looking rattan material, and an overall much cheaper appearance in person. I completely understand that handmade items can vary slightly, but this went far beyond normal variation. What frustrated me most was the response from customer service. Even after providing detailed comparison photos and explanations, I was told the item was “within manufacturing standards” and would still be subject to both return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, this experience completely undermined my trust in ordering from them again.

Extremely disappointed with the quality and service. My ottoman arrived two months late and was delivered damaged with a sunken, defective side. The company is now refusing to honor a return because of a strict 48-hour claim policy, showing zero flexibility for their own shipping delays and poor quality control. Unprofessional and poor quality products.

This is the worst company I ever bought something from . From the first deliver they send the bed with out the main piece. And one of the parts came with black stains on it . It took them one month to send the piece. We paid to assemble the bed and they didn’t give us the money back since we had to do it ourselves. they said that they will send cleaners for the stains and that also didn’t happen now when we don’t want the bed anymore they will not allow us to return it. Do yourself a favour do not buy from this place.

Absolutely horrible experience—got the Corey king bed, and the chemical smell from the headboard is still strong two months later! I bought this bed and had high hopes initially, but boy, was I disappointed. It’s been two months, and the smell is only 30% gone. I've been ventilating the room every day with all the windows open, but even that doesn’t help. Stay away from this bed unless you want to get chemical poisoning.

It’s the worst customer service and the bad quality and looking they like when they said that they will return they don’t accept any return all the time they try to find any reason to say no we cannot accept it. They didn’t allowed you to cancel if you are canceled they gonna get fee for that for any of the reason and I never ever gonna buy from this company again they try just to get your money for any of the reason they don’t care about the customer

I worked briefly with this company creating images for their website. After the work was delivered, they stopped responding and never paid for the services provided. Very unprofessional behavior and poor communication. I would not recommend working with them.

We placed an order on Dec 2. They kept delaying the shipping and processing until EVERY item we ordered comes in. Because their website claims 2-3 weeks it’s “once shipped” and after “every item comes in”. So they delayed shipping until 1 item on “back order” came in.

Buyer beware. After completing my order and card fully charged TOV is charging me an additional $330 for shipping per part of order (1 item ships late due to back order).
