TovalaReviews of tovala.com

Tovala has been a game-changer for our family of 5! We order weekly and love how the delicious meals save us time on busy weeknights. The smart oven makes cooking effortless, portions are perfect, and cleanup is minimal. Worth every penny for quality, convenient meals that are totally foolproof.

I love this product! The oven is amazing and the meals are too. I purchased this to teach my adult autistic son some independence in the kitchen. The smart oven is amazing with this. The foods they offer are so simple. You just follow the one or 2 step prep instructions then scan the QR code and the oven does the rest. He has enjoyed all of the meals and has been helpful in trying new food combinations too. Most autistic people have a very basic palette when it comes to food. So this has been very nice getting him to try different flavors. We have met our food order obligation and we plan to continue ordering. We are happy!

I have been a member for almost a year. I have had no issues with the shipping. The oven is great; the meals are generally good. They are constantly adding more variety. I think the cost is comparable to other meal kits but these require less preparation than others I have had. Big attraction to me is that they have single portions. The company has been responsive when I send queries. The only criticism I have is that there is not a lot of variety to the meal plans (for example, rare vegan choices) and many are high in calories. I did question them about being high in sodium and they responded that part of the reason for that was preservation and shipping. Most of the packaging is reusable and/or recyclable. Not perfect but I have tried many companies that deliver meal kits and this one has proved to be the best for me.

Easy to use, portions just right, no clean up, plenty of selections every week, delivery has been good always new items, they want to hear what you like and what you dislike. Immediate credit if any item is missing (only one time in a year). Better service and delivery than other meal plans I have used that required too much prep time any many pots to wash. Perfect for person living alone who does not wish or have time to shop and cook after working or at school.

I've had my Tovala oven for 3 years now and am on the 4 meals/week plan. I've had no issues with the oven. The best part has been the meal plan and customer service. Over the 3 years, they've constantly innovated and added new meals and proteins. There's always something new, and they're always innovating how to best cook foods (like noodles and rice). Also, they're very responsive to customer feedback. There were some issues with shipping and delayed deliveries early on, but they went with another service in my area a few years ago. The delivery has been very consistent. I can't say enough good things about this company - it feels like they're constantly trying to improve and try new things, and I appreciate them for that.

I have been using Tovala on and off and absolutely love it. When I’m not ordering meals I use the oven more than my actual oven because it heats up fast and is the perfect size for cooking for one or two people. I end up spending just as much money trying cook for myself, and these meals are only about ten bucks each which isn’t bad. It really helps me eat healthy as well.

This is a very legitimate company. If you have any questions about the products, you can reach them in less than one minute, on chat. And the agents are smart and super helpful. The smart oven they sell is fantastic, compared to a conventional oven. I'm very excited about my oven. It arrived on time, with great communication from the company, and it performs VERY well. A smart oven wakes your food up and makes it taste as good as possible. I love this thing. They also offer a meal plan that works with the oven. It's ok. Won't knock your socks off. But the meals arrive on time and the website to order them is amazing. The whole company is amazing.
