So I experienced a frustrating situation with a defective oven. The Tovala customer support team quickly made things right! First they offered some troubleshooting steps and when those did not work, they gladly issued me a replacement. Also, very friendly communication via email. Keep up the good work!

I was led kicking and screaming into ordering meals at all, but as I became very ill and weak it had to be done! My daughter found Tovala, and I ordered...I was amazed that everything proceeded as I had been led to believe! The food is very good, the choices are fantastic, all kinds of ethnecticites. It is like haveing a New Your neighborhood come to your home! The oven is very good quality, (which I did not expect) and can be used for any tryp of cooking. I hardly ever use my big oven anymore, bc my Tovala can do anything I need. The customer service is spectacular. I had an issue that was immediately resolved and I was helped to understand how to avoid that issue in future!

Overall I’ve been really pleased with the Tovala oven and meals. The meals are really tasty and there is a good variety in the menus so that I don’t feel Like I’m eating the same thing every week.
