We’re sorry you had this experience! We do everything in our power to ensure customers do not miss the deadline to either choose their meals or skip the week altogether. You should have received a few emails, texts, and push notifications reminding you to opt out of the week’s deliveries and avoid auto-filled meals. Thank you for this feedback, Pamela. Currently, two-pack meals are priced as a bundle, so you’re typically saving compared to purchasing 2 separate meals. That said, we will definitely share your perspective with our team.

Hi there. Thank you so much for sharing this feedback. We have an extremely high standard for the food we ship out, and mold certainly does not meet that standard. Please reach out to [email protected] with pictures, the name of the meal, and the date the meal was delivered. We are happy to make this right for you and offer a full refund!

Hi Clayton, I’m sorry this raised concerns to you. Let me assure you that the services you’re seeing are standard analytics and performance tools that many apps use. We use them to keep the app running smoothly (e.g., monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, understand what’s working, and improve the overall experience). We also disclose this clearly in our Google Play listing (including the Data Safety details)

Hi Amanda, I'm really sorry to hear you had a poor experience, this does not align with the level of service that we strive to provide. I understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to cancel an order. Unfortunately, your order had already entered production by the time your request came in, so we weren't able to cancel it. If you ever need to skip a week or change a a future order, you can do so up until 6pm on Wednesdays on our site, through our app or via customer service.
