We also thought we were on a smaller…
We also thought we were on a smaller tour, only to be on this large bus with many pick ups. The driver continued to go over curbs, and was beeped at by a semi for going over the white lines. Confusion about times, had two stops at tourist traps which would have been better to have more time at Niagara Falls. We missed out on the Journey behind the falls because of having to pick up multiple others. Very rushed, and there was no commentary about where we were… it was lovely to see the falls, but this tour was disappointing.

Too Many Passengers and Tourist Trap Stops
I thought it was a semi private tour but instead was a huge tour bus. Another driver was sick so our bus had to wait for those passengers and it was a full bus load. Other passengers smelled so strongly of smoke which isn't the tours fault but if it was private or semi private, then that might have been avoided. Driver was excellent at getting people back to the bus and keeping on schedule. The tour itself spends way too little time at the falls (maybe 2 hours) of a 9ish hour day. There are unnecessary stops after at a tourist trap souvenir shop and several other minor touristy photo ops. Driver was funny and did his best with such a large group but it wasn't what I wanted or expected from the tour.

Cut our time short at the Falls by…
Cut our time short at the Falls by about 30 minutes and took us on wine tasting and useless excursions after that we were not expecting. Would have preferred to stay at the falls for the full 3 hours noted in trip description. Guide was a bit loud and did not provide much information on the background of the falls.

Overall
Overall, the tour itself was well-organized and everything went smoothly. However, the driver really brought down the experience. There is a very fine line between trying to be funny and just being rude, and unfortunately, the driver crossed into being impolite and annoying. I would have enjoyed the trip a lot more if he had just dialed it back and focused on being professional.

Good not great
Would be good to advise in the email that know that communication from driver would come through What's App vs standard text so we could have been ready when they were early. Appreciate the extra stops but felt rushed to be shuffled on and off just for the photo ops. Would have enjoyed more commentary about the region along the way. Guide had to scream talk, a microphone in the vehicle would have been better.

We had a bumpy start
We had a bumpy start. Picked up 15min before my documented pick up time I was glad I arrived early. Not that it mattered - we were then deposited at a Holiday Inn with no communication (8 of us) for over an hour while other pick ups were done and so missed the bus. Diane was our guide. She not only apologized she personally took the 8 of us in a van & ensured we had the tour as planned in a small group - thank you. Overall I enjoyed the Tour but felt it was poorly organized.

It was wonderful to get picked up at…
It was wonderful to get picked up at our Airbnb. We enjoyed the day however I think there are ways to improve. The driver could provide details of where we’re driving to, make conversation about places we pass, would add value. My husband didn’t get lunch as they ran out of food! That’s really unacceptable. It could have been a much better experience

Fun but could do better
The time at the falls is very limited as well as the time at the main town shopping district. The visit to the flower thing and the Chappel are completely unnecessary. Time in town would be a lot more fun. No suitable plant based options for lunch. Some of us don’t eat animals or their secretions, and the diner we were taken to had nothing other than fries. The driver was so friendly and kind, she is amazing!
