Excellent , customer service also very fast.

Best tour guide I've ever met. He tried his best to optimize our experience and adjust time and locations based on our needs. Highly recommend to book his tour!

Tout a été parfait mis a part un peu de pluie mais ca diminue le nombre de touristes

Our tour guide Shawn was amazing! First time in Canada and Shawn made sure we made the most of our day. My girlfriend and I got to see a lot Niagara Falls and the surrounding places. It was a long day but very worth it. Highly recommend this if you have a free day because they have it all planned out for you. Everything was organized and the communication from the emails and Shawn is what made me confident about coming back to this tour. Shawn made us really comfortable and we felt like we weren’t rushed at all. Knows the area very well.

The driver Shawn was very good, experienced, polite and patient with the customers. It was a great trip, thanks for all your help!

The whole experience was great since the moment I booked the trip months in advance communication was always clear and on time. Once they assigned our tour guide we started directly communicating with Manoj and the experience got even better. He is a very sweet young man, very careful driver who explained what kind of traffic we were going to encounter on our way to Niagara Falls. Throughout the way we made several stops on interest points where he talked about the history of the area. Once at Niagara he dropped us off and gave us instructions and gave us our time to explore around at our pub pace and liking. We highly recommend Tour Beez for your future plants to Canada.

The whole tour was very well organised. Our guide for the day was on time, knowledgeable and accommodating.
