I had a questionable experience because of difference of opinion caused by a Supervisory password on my new CF-52V. Also, there was a question of Windows version due to different sources of that information. a Panasonic utility said Windows 10, but the "winver" command indicated Windows 11. This could be due to the version of the Panasonic utility. I now am convinced that the version of Windows on my pc is Windows 11. However, I continue to work on the password issue.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before purchasing a computer a few months ago. Not only does Tough Outlet have some of the best pricing, they have more customization options than other vendors. On top of that, their customer service is OUTSTANDING. When I needed another unit this week, I didn't to shop around. Tough Books will have my business always!
