Dave I apologize for the inconvenience in shipping. That was our mistake as it should have been shipped out via 2 Day. As for the delay, when we quoted you on August 14th, the item stock was plentiful. When purchased on September 12th we only had 1 motherboard remaining and unfortunately, it had some issues when we tested it before shipment, and had to order a replacement which caused a delay. Which we communicated with you. We will reach out and see if we can come to a resolution to make up for the delay. Again, my apologies for your experience and we hope to make it up to you.

We apologize for the issues you're having with your computer but we'd like to clarify the situation. First, the $314 for dollars was for 2 UPS overnight shipments (to AND from our location) and the high res, touchscreen part and installation for a CF-54 Toughbook. Second, the overnight shipping was completely optional. We sent a quote on Aug 22nd without the overnight shipping option because you stated you needed the CF-54 computer back by Sept 5th so it wasn't necessary for upgraded shipping. You did not reach out again until Aug 27th then stating you needed it back by Sept 3rd (on a holiday weekend) so to meet that tiny window we gave you the option of overnight shipping which you purchased. Lastly, we did not touch the software you may have installed on it as it was a hardware-only upgrade. This is the first time you brought up anything about the performance of the laptop. If this was brought up to us directly we would be more than happy to assist in figuring out a solution. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you need any further assistance.
