Poor response. Do not call back, email back or follow up since March of 2026,. Get no response on a $23,000 order that was placed on Feb 10, 2026. Phone just rings, no one picks up. Leave a voicemail, no once calls back. Send an email, no response. Chat, not response back. 15 Weeks later and still no resonse.

I returned my computer for a touchscreen upgrade and my computer is running even slower. A joke. I spend 314 dollars for overnight shipping and it takes 5 mins just for the computer to load.

We apologize for the issues you're having with your computer but we'd like to clarify the situation. First, the $314 for dollars was for 2 UPS overnight shipments (to AND from our location) and the high res, touchscreen part and installation for a CF-54 Toughbook. Second, the overnight shipping was completely optional. We sent a quote on Aug 22nd without the overnight shipping option because you stated you needed the CF-54 computer back by Sept 5th so it wasn't necessary for upgraded shipping. You did not reach out again until Aug 27th then stating you needed it back by Sept 3rd (on a holiday weekend) so to meet that tiny window we gave you the option of overnight shipping which you purchased. Lastly, we did not touch the software you may have installed on it as it was a hardware-only upgrade. This is the first time you brought up anything about the performance of the laptop. If this was brought up to us directly we would be more than happy to assist in figuring out a solution. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you need any further assistance.

I placed my order on Tuesday 12/20 . An order # was generated and my card was charged. I paid for expedited shipping to get the product during the holidays.. It is now Friday afternoon on Christmas eve and the order is still noted as "awaiting fulfillment". I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the company via phone and chat. Basically, the company has given no indication on when the order will be fulfilled. Neither the phone message nor the online ordering information indicates holiday hours. I understand delays. However, this company must recognize the need to inform customers of such PRIOR to accepting payment and particularly when accepting payment for expedited service. In general, I'm am very disappointed primarily due to Tough Outlet's failure to timely inform and the elimination of my ability to make alternate arrangements.

Steve, I apologize for the experience you had. We state on many pages of our website and in our support documentation that there is a 7-14 day lead time and that if you need your purchase by a certain date or time to please reach out beforehand. The first time you reached out was the day you wrote this review, which as you said, was a holiday weekend. We called you back but received no response. We shipped out your order yesterday (7th day of lead time) which is relatively quick seeing as it was a holiday weekend. I understand your frustration but we did everything that we state on our website. I hope you enjoy your purchase and have a great rest of your day!

Hello! Your order is scheduled to ship on time in the time period we state on our website. Please note, that due to each laptop having thousands of configurations, they are all build-to-order which is why we state there is a 7-10 day lead time period for orders. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you can update this review once you receive your order.
