Never got my package and the took dor ever to get back to me. I had to get the credit card company involved to resolve this matter and get a refund.will never deal with this company again.

Very disappointed, the mice literally run past it. I purchased 30 of them and put it everywhere and it still doesnt eliminate or run the infestation away. I like to request for a refund.

I emailed you minutes after I place my order because it had the wrong address and your customer service said too late to change. Then hours later there was an email about the shipping label being created.

I bought three packs of pouches and spread most of one pack generously in the areas that I suspected or saw a mouse occasionally I about a month ago. i’ve used glue pads and typical mouse traps to help with the problem but this time of the year that’s always worse. I use their traps alongside Tom’s pouches and I found, but I’ve gotten more in the traps than I ever had before. Instead of a repellent, it seems to be an attracting smell. If I could get a refund, I would, but I don’t know how to contact the company. For me it was a bad investment, maybe for others it will work better.

Do not buy this product! It's lovley if you want a nice scent in the closet, car or garage, but it DOES NOT deter mice. The satchels were placed in the house, garage and closet a couple of weeks ago. I found a mouse in the kitchen cabinet this mornig after I placed the satchel near the mouse trap. The mouse was trapped with the satchel.
