Hi Gina, We’ve got you! We’re glad we could help figure out what was happening and give you a clear next step. Moving the traps into shaded areas and giving them the full 14 days should make a difference. If not, you already know we’re here to help with the next option. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team

Hi DTM, Thank you so much for sharing this! It's awesome to hear that you've been able to sit outside in the evenings without getting bitten. After 17 days, it sounds like the traps are really starting to do their job, and we completely understand being cautiously optimistic when mosquitoes have been such a nuisance in the past. 😄 The evaporation you're seeing is pretty normal, especially in warmer weather, and topping off the water as needed is perfectly fine. We're also glad we could get back to you quickly. Providing helpful support is just as important to us as providing effective products. Thank you again for giving Mosquito TNT a try and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We hope those bite-free evenings keep coming! Best regards, Customer Service Tougher Than Tom
