Thank you so much, Michele! We’re really glad to hear the traps are helping make your outdoor time more enjoyable. We completely understand the note about the black flies too. Those can be frustrating in their own way, and we wish one product could take care of every outdoor pest. We’re happy the traps are helping with the mosquitoes, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team

Hi Mike, We’re truly sorry to hear how disappointing this experience was, especially after you purchased additional kits to share with family and friends. While mosquitoes may not always be easily visible in the solution, we completely understand why seeing no clear reduction after a month would be frustrating. Your concerns about the other insects found in the containers are also valid, and we appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’d still like the opportunity to review your order and see how we can help. Our team will reach out to you directly to review your order and see how we can help.
