Customer Service was very helpful when I was short one of the bait packets. I just installed it yesterday so I’ll need to determine how effective the product is in my yard.

One of my mosquito trap cups had a hairline crack in the bottom which I didn't notice until I went to empty it and there was no liquid, just an inch of stinky bugs. Tougher Than Tom replaced the cup and it's back out trapping all kinds of flying insects. Great customer service!
