This company is doing very well. I now have 80 of the mouse deterrent packets, and I had ordered two of the liquid spray bottles for recharging the packets. The first two had faulty spray caps on top, and customer service wanted to replace those with two complete new bottles. It was not necessary as I only needed one that I could change between the two original bottles, but they replaced the entire order. I was surprised, and more than thankful.

It works. Living in a garden apt. They always find a way in. Says i receive this product. No more mice.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! We have 1acre on a river. There is a dock and a green area going down to the river. Up by the house there is a pond. We have major mosquitoes. We couldn’t even enjoy any of the areas unless we sprayed poison on ourselves. I’ve use mosquitoes donuts for the pond plus lotion and sprays in all areas due to the mosquitoes. Couldn’t even enjoy our dock at night without being bite. Last spring (2023) my neighbor told me about Tougher than Tom. I purchased 4 orders of the buckets. I hung them from patio and deck, around the pond / fire pit area. The green area where we have gatherings, and down on the dock. We didn’t have any issues. We even had a 25th anniversary dinner party in the green area, we stayed into the night and was not bothered at all. We enjoy having deer, elk, and plus our dog and it’s safe for them. I’ve already ordered more of mosquito repellent for next year. I’ve told others about your website. Thank you for making a safe product that works. Just ordered the mice product. ☺️

Quick ship! Gave the pouches a few days to kick in. My barn dog keeps watching for mice but he's not finding any now!

Smells wonderful! My husband used the tick spray 3 days now. No ticks on our dog or him. Yeah! The spray was delivered quickly. Nice company to work with.

I have to say I was a little skeptical until I received my pouches and threw them outside in an area where rats had been seen hiding. They immediately scattered and have not returned. It is amazing how a scent that is so pleasant to humans is such a deterrent to rodents.

We purchased the Mice eliminator pouches and they work. We live next to an open field and thankfully we have controlled the Voles and mice. We put the the packets in the garage during the fall and winter mouth. We have never seen any mice in our garage or anywhere in the house. We also, purchased the reactivate spray to refresh the pouches. I recommend the mice eliminator pouches.
