Alicia, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're disappointed to hear the product isn't meeting your expectations. Something to be aware of is that you aren't typically going to find mosquitoes in the jars, they aren't traps. The TNT product works by attracting the mosquitoes to the liquid. They drink it, leave, and then when their intestines can't digest it they explode. This is why we suggest setting the containers up around the perimeter of your yard to create a barrier. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can honor our money back guarantee and get you a refund.

Gretchen, Tried reaching out to you via email but it doesn't seem like you receive them =(! Mosquito TNT works by attracting the insects to the trap, they drink from it, then they fly away and explode because they can't digest the solution. The product should never be used indoors for this reason. We would love to get you a new set of refills and go over how to properly set them up outside. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected]!
