Paid extra for fast shipping. Tud, 4 days later sent me an email stating that shipping has an exception and that I needed to contact usps. USPS informed me that tud cancelled the label and that the package had not been picked up for shipping. I bought elsewhere, era paints. Requested a cancellation and refund. Several hours later I was told that the order shipped and couldn’t cancel. Totally unprofessional. Now I request a free label for returns but I will need to pay a restocking fee.

I ordered touch-up spray paint from this company last week because I couldn't find a nearly full can that I purchased from them last year and misplaced during a recent move to a new apartment, but then, after this recent order, I found my missing original paint. I contacted the company, explained my situation, and requested a return for a refund. This company refused to let me return an "unopened" order for a refund, even after I let them know I am a low-income senior. I wasted $69.

I worked long and hard to prepare the surface for paint and twice now on two different cans the paint comes out in large splatters tried twice - will now have to sand everything down and start again ---

1. The product came on time. That was the only good thing I can say. 2. We followed the instructions w/the kit AND online videos precisely! 3. Waited a week to do the buffing..hoping the repaired area would look good (that is NOT noticeable). 4. Sadly, it looks worse than before!!!! 5. Product left a noticeably "repaired area"....you can feel the 'raised' area created by the application of the product, as well as easily see it. Disappointed! Wish I'd have gone with my gut and just lived with the teeny scratches!

They made it easy to select the right vehicle color. The package came with all the necessary items and you could order more specific items if you needed to facilitate the touch up. BMW mineral white is what we got. Best part was you did not have to wonder when you package will be delivered. You go an email when it was packed, when it had been shipped, when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered! For a small item like that it felt like they were handling the crown jewels! Thank you.

I got this paint VIN-matched to the model and color of my car (2022 Subaru Crosstrack), followed the instructions, tested the test card and allowed it to dry, and the paint looked close enough to my Subaru, and at the time blended just about perfectly on the doors and pretty close on the front hood. When it dried however, as other people have noticed, it dried MUCH DARKER and is now more noticeable than the original scratches. The clear coat was genuinely abysmal, it was highly viscous and didn't spread well, creating what I'll politely call a "chicken crap" pattern across the scratches it was applied on. Additionally, I had to brush all of this on because TouchUpDirect's much-advertised application pen function was a dry, hard unusable rock. I would upload pictures but there's no way to do that here. The only reason why I'm not giving this 1 star is because it seems pretty durable, but it genuinely sucks for Subaru colors and clear coat quality. I will be sanding this crap off my car and repainting it with OEM the first chance I get.

FANTASTIC COMMUNICATION AND FAST DELIVERY. Product works great. I was shafted by 3 other similar companies, but touchupdirect. Followed through, easy to contact,great customer service, they kept me in the loop from purchase to delivery. Kudos

Took them forever to even ship the order. The Paint Pen is absolute garbage. After shaking for over 5 minutes and pressing down it finally dispensed paint. Trying to apply more than one coat removes original paint due to poor surface of pen. I will order the OEM from paint shop and use a brush. I will not use this company again. I Do Not Recommend!
