Touch of ClassReviews of touchofclass.com

I had an order with multiple items, which the deliveries came in two separate packages on different days. The first delivery was signed electronically and once delivered there was an item missing that was listed on the packing list. After reaching out to customer service by phone and email, they stated I signed for the item so they were not at blame. The entire bill was over a $1000 and I was disputing a daybed set for $130 which they claimed I received. Well, my loss is their gain. I have been a consumer with them for many years but never again. Especially now after reading this review on BBB/Trustpilot: Online reviews for the home goods retailer Touch of Class are predominantly poor. While customers praise the unique, elegant designs and good fit of items like their oversized bedspreads, a large majority cite severe issues with high restocking fees, expensive return shipping, and poor customer service.

Quality. I've purchased from this site serval times. This is my 3rd set of curtains Ive ordered. I've always been extremely happy with my purchases. This time the edges of the curtains are not finished, raw edges, thread ends hanging out all over. Customer service is non-existent. I shouldn't have to pay to ship back product that should have never been shipped out. How 3 sets of curtains, over $120 made it past quality control is beyond me. Even after 2 purchases where I was extremely happy, this purchase & the lack of customer service, I will never purchase from them again.

I have been shopping. at this store for years I have spent a lot of money but the customer service is to be desired they are extremely extremely rude. I think they should not even receive one star.

I purchased a lamp through Amazon and it arrived broken. I returned it and Touch of Class charged a 50% restocking fee of $150 because it came back broken. Duh - that’s why I sent it back! Amazon had to refund me because the seller wouldn’t. They are an unethical company. Buyer beware.

Just bought 2 lamps for over 300 dollars. Extremely poor quality. Switch up under the shade but lamps so lite weight that hard to turn off without knocking over or off table. could have bought better lamps for 15 dollars at walmart.

Made us wait for weeks for a back ordered product and then wanted me to pay for expedited shipping when it FINALLY came in.

I gave them 1 star only because I couldn’t give them less. They have a culture of rude and disrespectful customer service representatives that are allowed to treat their customers poorly. After interacting with them both through email and on the phone they simply don’t care about you and your situation. The emails I’ve received show a complete lack of respect and command of the English language. It’s unacceptable to be rude but couple that with pure ignorance of how to write an email tells me everything I need to know about this company. I ordered a Christmas seasonal display item that was beautiful in the beginning but the glitter wore off after a very short time. They still sell the item but refused to replace it or help me figure out how to replace the missing glitter. Because it is seasonal it is only used for a month or two at a time and stored the rest of the year. They will not help in any way and said there is nothing they will do to help. Keep your money safe and make your purchase elsewhere with a company that cares about the products they sell and keeping customers happy. Because they don’t care, I’ll never shop here again. I suggest you refrain from the future heartache and shop with someone else!

I’d give less if I could…so frustrated trying to unsubscribe. They are relentless!! Do not sign up for text messages or email.
