I highly recommend Toucan Fax for the following reasons. First, it's a great deal. Inexpensive. $5 a month for 500 pages? Yes! Another well-known internet fax service was charging me about $33 a month for 3,000 pages. I rarely fax, but I still need a fax number for my business. $5 a month is a price I can afford and probably more faxing than I'll ever need. But if I should need more faxes for some strange reason in any given month, it's inexpensive for any additional pages. Their pricing is affordable and sensible. Everyone else just seems like a rip off. Second, their customer service is so responsive. The other internet faxing company I had been using had the worst customer service. I would be on hold forever, the representatives would not listen to me, did not answer my questions, and flat out lied over and over. It took months to resolve a simple issue. Contrast that with Toucan Fax, where it seems that Emma R. never sleeps. I think she is a real person and not an AI agent, but it seems this woman is always awake. Maybe not always awake, but the speed and alacrity and thoroughness in her responses to any question I had blows me away. Absolutely A+ 100 percent customer service. Emma R. answered every question I had when I was thinking of switching internet-based faxing services. That level of thoughtfulness and thoroughness really sold me. If you run a small business as I do, such as a law office, I highly recommend Toucan Fax. Third, their faxing service is HIPAA compliant. In my business, that is important. Not every service is HIPAA compliant. And if another service is, they will charge you an arm and a leg, which if you don't do much faxing, becomes a real big, unnecessary expenditure. Fourth, the quality seems high. The faxes I have seen come out very good, very clear. Fifth, like most internet faxing services, you can send and receive faxes by email. This is so convenient. And I can also fax from my phone (a different email address) as well as my office computer and official office email address. Bottom line is that I'm so happy I kept searching until I found out about Toucan Fax. Oh, I just remembered. If you get junk faxes, let them know and they will not charge that against your 500 pages in the month. That's what I call a customer centric business! Everyone should do themselves a favor and drop their current fax service and switch to Toucan Fax. You'll be happy you did. They helped port my fax number out from my prior internet-based fax service to Toucan Fax quickly and easily, and even gave me a local fax number to use during the process, which only took a little over a week, and that is because my old service kept slowing it up and trying to stop it. Two thumbs up for Toucan Fax. I am a real user, a sole practitioner lawyer and a former engineer. This is an unpaid commendation and review of Toucan Fax by a guy who appreciates good customer service, a good value, and people who keep their word. Toucan Fax for the win!

I was with another FAX Provider before finding Toucan, but I'm so glad we did. Their service and response times are top tier, and they were able to get my company ported over and set up before I even got a response from the other provider. We are still new to the platform, so we are eager to see how things work out!
