I have been trying to get my 2022 return done for several years now. I have paid several thousand dollars. They are not responding to my emails or requests. I would not hire them. These people are scam artists.

TotalTax is amazing. This is not your everyday CPA / tax firm. They know exactly who to call at the IRS to get issues sorted out FAST. I am amazed at their quality, speed, and accuracy of tax work. This is the go-to place for professional tax services.

I gotta say I was really pessimistic about Total Tax being able to help me with my tax situation. I hired Total Tax to handle my IRS back taxes and was totally pleased with the results. Everytime I called the office there was someone there to answer the phone, or setup a call back to address my concerns, unlike some of the other companies I dealt with in the past. If I need anything else as far as Taxes go they will be my first call
