My father told me about Jung 45 years ago. I have landscaped my entire yard with lovely perennials and have a bountiful orchard - all from Jung. I continue to buy their products as they all grow - especially in my northern climate. two thumbs up to Jung.

They USED to be a decent place to buy from. I pre-ordered SETS of trees. 3 Cherry and 2 Plum. Also 5 Florabundas. Planned my garden accordingly. I received 2 of the Cherry. Missing was the pollinator !!! I received ONE plum ! also missing the pollinator ! Of the 5 roses one was missing and the rest pretty much dead. When I called the lady was VERY rude, didnt not want to listen to the issues. Down right snotty. When I asked why when I PRE ordered I didnt get my pollinators... FIRST she said it was due to Covid. Huh? THEN she said, no it was due to a computer glitch they must have had on of course the day I ordered. When I asked why my receipt said REFUNDED and yet I never got a refund she said... Oh, you have to call us and ASK for a refund. What? Yes, if you dont call and ask we dont refund. So WHY did my papers say refunded I ask? She told me if I continued to be such a pain she would put on hold and not `talk to me anymore. REALLY? So am I getting a refund I ask? Well, EVENTUALLY. She says. What? well maybe by fall she says. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Maybe? By fall? I never got that refund. DONT bother with this garbage company with garbage plants and even worse employees.

Ordered several starts for strawberries and several types of flowers. All of them arrived in such poor condition, they might as well have been dead. Emails to resolve the issue have gone unanswered. Will never order from them again.

All my live plant came dead. Customer service snarky. No refund is sight.

Horrible communication, it’s been almost a month, I don’t think I’m going to receive my rose roots at all. Should’ve read these reviews before ordering.

I ordered a good amount of things from this company mostly seeds and 3 live plants. Recommended by my grandmother. Always trust grandma ya know? I ordered on April 6th. I just received the last my my order yesterday. My King Arthur Green Pepper look like it went thru some stuff. Not secured well in the box and pieces broken. To wait over a month for those to come in and this is what I got. They didn’t tell me my stuff was on back order until I got the first of three shipments. When I tried to ask them about how long “back order” was, they ignored me. I ordered a $22.95 hydrangea. About 6-7” tall and not a lot of foliage. Ok fine. But then my husband goes to Home Depot, gets a foot tall lots of foliage hydrangea for $14.00! I feel like I really got ripped off. I received a sweet million plant, paid $8.95. Husband went to Home Depot, got them for $3 each. And they’re bigger. Grant it, I understand we’re all going through a lot, but had I known it would take over a month to receive bottom of the barrel plants, I would’ve waited a month and just bought them at the store and saved myself a hell of a lot of money. Don’t recommend to anyone!

Ordered my seeds 8 days ago. No notice they've shipped and no way to cancel. I need to get these seeds started and not a peep from these people. With most companies they would have been here by now. If they've been back ordered and they didn't tell me, I'm going to be more than a little upset.

I ordered 4 types of roses, they are all blooming! This is first time I've ever tried to grow roses. Breath taking. Thanks Jung Seed. How can I get your catalog? Deb, Texas
