I spent $400 on what I thought was going to be flowers and bushes. Being a gardener, I was expecting 4" pots with maybe 6" of growth. I received sticks and bareroot plants. Only one plant had in the description it was a bareroot. These are for my SIL's birthday and I am embarrassed to give them to her. They are absolutely underwhelming and sad. I will never ever order from them again.

Just received two cherry trees. The main trunk was cut at the base on both trees. New branch off old trunk becomes the main support.

I ordered pumpkin and gourd seeds from Jung seed. as I had always thought theyvwere a good company and had quite a variety of seeds. We planted all of our seeds, as well as seeds from other companies. 20% of the Jung seeds germinated...I called the company to tell them, and was handed over to a very arrogant young man who insisted that my husband and I did not know how or when to plant our seeds. He offered nothing in a replacement. I asked for nothing. Just wanted them to know what had happened. We have been gardening for 45 years. Just saying.......

The Pick A Bushel cucumber seeds and the Robust yellow popcorn seeds I ordered did not germinate. Not one seed of either germinated. I had a few left over and I tried to start them in the greenhouse. Nothing, not a one germinated.

After buying seeds from Jung for years with good results for the most part, I purchased three perennials which were described as crowns shipped in 3" pots. They were more expensive than several other sources but I trusted Jung so ordered from them, despite the rather high shipping cost. What arrived was a very small box with three dinky plastic bags containing a few thready roots in each. No pots, no crowns. Attempts to contact them through their customer service page and email was unsuccessful. I tried several times, asked for replacements, even sent photos and got zero response. A bad plant is one thing, bad customer service another and that's worse. I'm very disappointed to have been deceived by an inaccurate description and overcharged for such inferior material. Two stars is based on past purchases. This transaction deserves no stars.

I ordered a good amount of things from this company mostly seeds and 3 live plants. Recommended by my grandmother. Always trust grandma ya know? I ordered on April 6th. I just received the last my my order yesterday. My King Arthur Green Pepper look like it went thru some stuff. Not secured well in the box and pieces broken. To wait over a month for those to come in and this is what I got. They didn’t tell me my stuff was on back order until I got the first of three shipments. When I tried to ask them about how long “back order” was, they ignored me. I ordered a $22.95 hydrangea. About 6-7” tall and not a lot of foliage. Ok fine. But then my husband goes to Home Depot, gets a foot tall lots of foliage hydrangea for $14.00! I feel like I really got ripped off. I received a sweet million plant, paid $8.95. Husband went to Home Depot, got them for $3 each. And they’re bigger. Grant it, I understand we’re all going through a lot, but had I known it would take over a month to receive bottom of the barrel plants, I would’ve waited a month and just bought them at the store and saved myself a hell of a lot of money. Don’t recommend to anyone!

Ordered my seeds 8 days ago. No notice they've shipped and no way to cancel. I need to get these seeds started and not a peep from these people. With most companies they would have been here by now. If they've been back ordered and they didn't tell me, I'm going to be more than a little upset.

The Strawberry plants were great and are doing well. The two trees I ordered did not do so well, lots of roots but they were not connected to the trees. Jung only offered a credit, not a refund and I lost a year on the trees. Will not order again from them.
