Company didn't notify me my payment…
Company didn't notify me my payment posted, never emailed me an invoice. Never notified me the item was shipped. It just showed up after I ordered another. Now they want a review. Well here it is.

I am glad to hear that you received the product as ordered. We always send email confirmations and a shipment confirmation when the product ships. There is no "payment posted" email other than an order confirmation, which means the payment processed. This is common practice with all eCommerce sites. Please check your spam/junk folder if you didn't see the emails we did send in your inbox. Superior Customer Service
Handled and overseas shipping to a military post office super fast. Excellent job preparing and packaging the items for the long travel. Answered all my emails same day. Vastly exceeded delivery time of the competition at the same prices. Very timely and professional. Total can do attitude focused on the customer's sastification.

Wasn't sure if I needed a set of hood…
Wasn't sure if I needed a set of hood pins just yet for my car prior to the installation of my new hood, I had placed my order yesterday and thought that the order would be to late to cancel, luckily though the order had not processed and I was able to come in contact with sales manger Cody who was able to get back to me quickly via email and cancel my order.
