I know this isn’t the fault of torqued but the shipping company was awful. They called the day prior and we set a time for drop off because I work during the day at the hospital. The day of drop off they show up 3-4 hours early they call and leave a voicemail and say we’re here. I try to call back but no answer. I come home to find they left the package outside, no signature on the form and it rained that day…

Dear customer, we received your feedback regarding the import duty you had to pay to your country. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for paying import duties for countries outside of the US. If you need to know the required import duty, please use the HTSR code and look it up with your customs authorities prior to purchase. In the US, this list is vast with many thousands of entries, which is why we're unable to provide tax or customs guidance for orders outside of the US. Please let us know if we can assist you further with this matter.

Ordered a fuel rail and it stated it was for a 4g63 but DID NOT say it was for an Evo and I needed one for an Eclipse GST so of course it didn't fit my engine. Hopefully I can resell it and get at least some money back. Parts need to be more specific for fitment.

If you don't believe it fits your car, we are always available to help with customer service, connect you to technical support at AEM if necessary or take a return on the item. Order DEI 010003 wrap which is a non fiberglass wrap made with lava rocks. What I got was a repacked wrap which was made from fiberglass. Trying to sell premium DEI product but provide cheap header wrap that definitely was not DEI. Misrepresented product. Response back It was definitely NOT DEI's titanium wrap, the stuff was fiberglass!!! Cheap crap ended up tossing it.

Please call us at 415-767-6905 and ask to speak to Tim. We are a DEI dealer and this is from DEI in original packaging, exactly as they send it to us. DEI has two types of packaging for some of their wraps: 1) in a plastic box for display in a store or 2) shrink wrapped rolls, which is what you got. You are welcome to call DEI and check that we are a dealer. There was NO misrepresentation. If you are unsatisfied, you can return the product to us.
