Ordered a tow hook for my E46 M3 and upon arrival it did not fit as described. I sent Torqued an email to return it but they actually worked with me to send the correct part. Really impressed by the customer service compared to some other companies. Response time was very quick and will definitely order from here again. Thanks Tim @ Torqued

Glad that we worked this out and thank you for your review. We're still perplexed why the tow hook is so short and will resolve it with the manufacturer. Tag us on Instagram when it's installed! :-)

I don’t know why they have cheaper prices than all the other Motorsport retailers but I can assure you they are a legitimate business with very responsive customer assistance.

Tim helped me through the buying and receiving process all the way through. Kept his word about compensating me due to a shipping error and made the experience real easy. Will buy again from Torqued.io
