Could you respond to our request to send a picture so that we can resolve this? The product is sealed in a box by the manufacturer, so we would like to work with the manufacturer to try to resolve this for you, but we do need you to communicate with us directly.

A+ : Above and Beyond!
A+! The guys at Torqued went above and beyond to help me with finding a part that was inexpensive and more of a hassle than it was worth for them. This is the true definition of caring about your customers and not doing it for the money. Highly recommend!
