Good communication before and after purchase. Items were shipped quickly and was at my door in 1 week. Install was straight forward if you are familiar with general suspension components. The instructions from MSS are garbage, I found pictures and videos to speed up install on forums. The springs and other parts are very high quality. My M4 rides stiffer at very slower speeds under 25 but feels more planted and stable at faster speeds. I do think I'll be riding in comfort mode vs sport or sport plus as they are too stiff with MSS springs on normal roads with bumps and potholes. If I track the car maybe these modes will come into play. Overall very happy with the height and flexibility to raise to stock height if I want later.

Had a manufacturing issue with a part I ordered. Not Torqued fault but they resolved the issue in short order. Shipping was next day. Good service.Thank.
