The OBP sim pedals are excellent. Zeros issues with Torqued, my order shipped and arrived fast and was a fair price. I have ordered from Torqued twice now and have had the same experience each time. Will do business with them again. Please don't use UPS they are terribly irresponsible in the way they handle packages. My box came collapsed in on the top.

I would have given you a 5 star but the person who was suppose to help me install the product I purchased (Porsche 911 Mobile holder) said the owner was going to call me back and help me. I didn't think he would and I was right. Too bad, I'm an owner of a large home health (first responder) company and I would and could never not call back a client or patient. But not all of us Owners take pride in their company. To your credit my website experience was still really good!!

I was not aware this was the case, since my team did speak to you on the phone multiple times, sent you the install video from Rennline, gave you the contact information for their technical support line and thus were of the understanding that if all that didn't work out to help you, we could escalate internally here. Rennline is definitely best equipped to provide technical support for a specific car since we do not have your generation of 911 amongst our employees to directly debug the issue you were having. When we do have that model available, we do our best to help, but we simply don't have that one here. Great price and fast shipping, but foam inside the manufactures box had been torn and yellowed, and cloth around cheeks in helmet was coming loose, had to glue it back in place. Not the end of the world but things to note nonetheless.

Sorry to hear about these issues with your order. The foam padding in the box which keeps the helmet in place for shipping is often a bit torn as it's pushed into place to nestle the helmet. This is completely normal and the helmet is safe like that, especially in the sleeve it ships in. Regarding the cheek padding, we would love to have seen where it seemed loose. There are a number of places where it's not fully glued on in order to enable easy viewing of the homologation stickers and/or being able to route headphones and communications cables.
