Everything is excelent. The product is wonderful!

Paid about $80 for a phone case. Placed an order realize it was the wrong size contacted Customer service asked them to send the correct size. They still mailed me the incorrect size even after I reached out. When I reached out, they said they would send me a new one with the correct size. I returned my case and they never sent me the updated phone case. So I basically gave them $80 for no product customer service and the owner never be heard from again. Totally fraudulent.

I love your product, but you have to improve your customer support performance. All is great when there are not any problems, however the inability to provide support other than chat is not complimenting your sales. The return policy is fairly disorganized and service overall seems to be where you need to focus significantly on to achieve positive results.

On ordering the wrong case and realizing this after it shipped (my bad) the Customer Service Team was fantastic. They made it easy to return the wrong case and worked on sending me the correct case. Once received the quality and leather workmanship are excellent, defiantly a 5 Star experience.

You can send me the product I ordered. I still haven't received my product. I am going to contact my credit card company and request a refund. I have sent emails to info@ and bilgi@. they won't let me send the complete emails.

The jacket I received had the inner liner sewed in twisted so that you could barely get your arm through. Very very poor quality.
