We called you on the number you have registered in your account, but we were not able to reach you. Please check your inbox, we've sent you an email with the necessary details. In a nutshell, the order you've made on March 4 (05:18:20) of $19.31 was successfully processed and the credit was added to the number in Chile. Your second order on March 7 (00:04:38) didn't go through on the local operator's side. Entel informed us they were temporarily unavailable to receive orders at that time you placed your amount (same value as the previous order). Therefore, that order has been canceled and no charge was made to your card. Perhaps, your bank is still updating this information and it could take a couple of days. Don't worry, be patient, or get in touch with them directly to know more. Thank you for your understanding and for being with us!
