My card has been charged multiple times and the top up hasn’t been received and whenever I try to contact, I receive a message saying “ customer service will call you soon” and it doesn’t happen!!

I couldn't believe it could be so easy to top up my daughters phone on the other side of the world. I too less than 10 minutes the first time and only 2 or 3 minutes the following times. Great

I've been using Top Up a lot and still no coupon codes and discount codes to be seen anywhere. At least have a rewards system put into place. I'm quite sure that you'll get more customers that way. Top Up "X" number of times, get "Y%" discount on the next purchase.
