Didn’t get the plan I paid for
I purchased an internet plan, but what I actually received was a set amount of funds (LKR1999) loaded to my SLT Mobitel account - and the amount loaded was not enough to buy the phone plan they’d advertised. When I complained to their customer service, they insisted they’d done nothing wrong and told me to pound sand.

I do not have any problem navigating through my transaction. The only thing is I do not get promotion alerts and giveaways
