I purchased the canvas 8x10. I would like to give a perfect score excellent review for the fantastic customer service that I received from Elisa and the team to not only fix an error that I inadvertently made when I placed the order but also to help me customize my order. I have ordered custom products from other companies before and have never received such exceptional customer service and support. I was happy to find a Harry Potter rug!
I was happy to find a Harry Potter rug that actually shipped from the US. Great quality and love the print. So many Harry Potter designs to choose from too!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Received notification that our product shipped(almost 10 days ago) shipping info never updated, When I emailed to ask about it I got a shady looking response that something happened in their payment system and our purchase had been refunded 2 days after the supposed ship date(and we had not received any contact about this). We will not be using them again. And my son will be so upset to not get his sign for his room.
