I ordered a Trump bomber jacket Nov. 24. It finally arrived yesterday. A 3-week turnaround...not as advertised. There was no tracking info available. An email to customer service went unanswered. A second email threatening to call my credit card company to cancel finally elicited a response with some tracking info from China. Almost all of these online merchants pad their shipping times with the"shipping label created" dodge...even though the product has yet to be fulfilled...especially from these 3rd World suppliers. With regard to the product, aside from the zipper being sewn on the opposite side (not a southpaw LOL) the graphics are indeed of excellent quality. I thought the shell would be better insulated, but that's no big deal. I am not a perfect person, and do not expect perfection in others. However, when a company takes my hard-earned money upfront, and there are issues, communication is paramount. Give it to me straight...good news or bad. I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. In closing, I will give you folks another shot because of the item quality. Please do a little better next time.

Took longer than promised. Color of printing blends in with hat color.

The item I recieved was nice, but much smaller than expected. While the measurements may have been accurate, a picture or drawing dispaly for reference would have been very helpful. The rack cannot adequately hold the medals I want to display. I also don't like that the medals have to be mounted before the reack is secured to the wall. It makes it difficult to change them out.

The X-Large Squirrel Metal Silhouette Wind Direction Indicator Weathervane I purchased is beautiful. It arrived quickly and well packaged. However, I'm greatly concerned about the lack of reinforcement where the decorative piece attaches to the vertical mounting rod. It's extremely flimsy. So much so that if I hold it horizontally by the rod, the weight of the squirrel bends the metal significantly. I didn't realize this until the roofers started to work and only had two days to find a solution. There's only an email listed, no phone number for Top TRENDYGEAR on the paperwork or internet. This doesn't make for acceptable customer service since time limitations may be an issue. That and the flimsiness of the metal are the only reasons for the 3 star rating. I reinforced the weakest part and can only hope that is enough to protect my $277.39 investment.

The item was great...when it arrived.

What made the experience great is the quality of what we ordered, which was a gift for someone important to us. Very high quality, very nice. What was a disappointment was the shipping time and more importantly, the almost total lack of quality support from TopTrendyGear staff. I was sent info saying it had shipped when actually it had not. I was sent info saying it was in route when actually it was not. Calls and emails were responded to late with no useful info. What did we do? Wait... wait...and more wait. When it did arrive FedEx must have thrown it toward the front porch and sadly it missed, landing in some water and wet grass. Bottom line is a company is STILL responsible for the product until the product is in the happy hand of the purchaser. Makes me want to order again.. I guess. Call me if you want 865 755 5162

The metal sign was what I expected and very nice but the lighting was very poor especially for the cost of it. The hue was nothing like the photo in the ad.

Overall I like the shirt I got. I wished the shipping hadn’t taken so long though- that was my least favorite part about the order. I also didn’t love the fit of the shirt since it was unisex rather than specifically for women or men.
