Your order was placed on Sunday 1/25, during the snowstorm. Due to severe weather conditions, we were closed on Monday 1/26 for safety reasons. Your order was printed and handed off to UPS on 1/27. Because of the storm, UPS experienced regional backlogs and did not process the shipment until 1/28. The selected shipping method (UPS Ground) has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, and since the shipment is traveling from New York to Texas, weather-related delays unfortunately impacted UPS’s delivery timeline. We completed and shipped your order as quickly as possible on our end. Once a package is in UPS’s possession, delays caused by weather or carrier backlogs are outside of our control. That said, we truly appreciate your patience and understand the inconvenience this may have caused.
