Hey Dennis Mahan, I guess you didn't understand our policy. Let me clear it again for you. We never charge a 50% restocking fee from our beloved customers on returns in good condition. Our policy says that you need to pay a 50% restocking fee only if the product you ordered is slightly used, tags are removed, or cannot be used for reselling. kindly contact us for any further queries @ [email protected] we'll be happy to assist you in every way possible. When we got your email, we responded quickly as we care about all our customer queries. We were trying to convince you with our experts who just checked the picture that you sent but you constantly tell us you will give us bad reviews. We truly understand your frustration at that time but we are also here to assist you and we did our best to calm you with a better solution as you are not aware of the product size that you order even thou on our website we also provide a size chart for our customers that will help them to measure the size. We told you that the item that you ordered in size L is the same item that you get. We also give you an option to exchange or return the item for a refund within 30 days (explicitly mentioned on the website). But you didn't bother to reply to us back. We mentioned our return and exchange policy on our website as our experts are sure that they send you the right time size L with the label that you order. We sell this item on daily basis and we never get any complaints from any of our customers.
