Jared was very helpful had to return shoes he sent me the return label walked me thru the steps an was available when needed I got the right size redelivered an they are really comfortable he is very nice person

My experience with William was the best…
My experience with William was the best I ever had with any customer service I order some shoes and I needed the order cancelled and refunded and he help me with no problem responded fast and promptly thank so much for helping me and I did also reorder shoes I feel everyone should experience great customer service like this!!! Thank you Jared for everything you did
Thank you Jared for everything you did! Your customer service support was amazing! I seen an adidas track suit on sale for 60 bucks and I saved up all week to buy it and then by Friday when I got my paycheck the sale was over 😢 price went back up to 95 dollars. I called the customer service number right away and explained what happened to Jared and he was able to honor the sale price for me! Once again THANX JARED!!!!! 😁
